Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are
Liquidity Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the trading signal platform at liquiditylabs.com.au. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly:
- Account registration: email address
- Payment: billing details processed by Stripe (we never store card data)
- MT5 brokerage account identifiers (for license binding)
- Trading activity: signal delivery logs, EA connection events
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain the Service (signal delivery, license validation)
- Process payments and send receipts and license keys
- Send transactional emails (welcome, subscription changes)
- Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized access
- Improve the Service through aggregated, anonymised analytics
4. Sharing of Information
We share personal data only with:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Cloud infrastructure providers — secure hosting and data storage
- Analysis providers — trade brief support where required, with limited data exposure
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and up to 3 years after termination for legal and accounting purposes. Signal logs are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time (subject to legal obligations).
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures: TLS in transit, encrypted database connections, hashed secrets, and role-based access controls. No system is 100% secure — please notify us immediately at security@liquiditylabs.com.au if you discover a vulnerability.
7. Cookies
We use only essential session cookies to maintain authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent login.
8. Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (where no legal obligation requires retention)
- Complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC)
9. International Transfers
Some sub-processors may process data outside Australia. By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed under those sub-processors' security frameworks.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
